Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it.
Item(s) should be in original condition, in original packaging with tags attached.
Please email us at TrinityBoutiqueuk@gmail.com to start your return, so we can provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
You cover the cost of the return, unless otherwise agreed in certain cases (e.g. mistake or incorrect item sent on our part).
Please note that exceptions may apply for the return of hygienic and sale products.
Digital products are non refundable.

You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged and retain your postage receipt.
The refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase.
If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product.

Please take care when trying on your items, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange any items marked with any make up, fake tan, perfume, body lotions etc.
If an item was received faulty or damaged contact us within 5 days of the delivered date so we can rectify this. We will cover the return costs if an item is faulty, or mis described. Please be sure to note this on your return paperwork.
Shipping costs are not refunded.
Please return using a trackable/signed for service, ask for and retain proof of purchase. We unfortunately cannot be responsible for any lost items.
We aim to action all refunds within 3 working days of receipt. Please allow this time before contacting us.
Refunds will take up to 48hrs to show in PayPal or up to 7 working days to show in your bank account.
