SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Except for digital products which will be sent immediately after purchasing.

You will receive an email notification as soon as your parcel is on its way.

UK Delivery Options

We ship via Royal Mail/Evri:

Standard Delivery (£3.99): 2-4 working days after dispatch.
Express Delivery (£5.99): 1-2 working days after dispatch.

At this time, we currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

Tracking information will be sent once your item has been dispatched. Please keep an eye on your emails/spam.

Please note once we have shipped your order we do not have access or control to its delivery time. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your orders, please contact the shipping company directly with your Tracking ID.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been placed.

 

Delayed Deliveries

In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated. External factors might cause shipping delays that we cannot control. Please contact the delivery courier if your package is taking too long to arrive and they will work with you to resolve the situation.
